All Sponsors

 All Sponsors will be eligible for all end of year events and will be nominated for year end rewards. 

 First Right of Refusal:  Legacy Builder and Visionary Sponsors receive first right of refusal business services Majestic Legacy Inc. may related to your industry. We will reach out to you first before shopping. If several sponsors offer similar services, all will be invited to participate in a private, competitive bid process.

Plus Program

The Plus Program is a year-long pledge to sponsor one Majestic Legacy event each month at your chosen sponsorship tier. Simply select your preferred sponsorship level, and your monthly donation will remain consistent throughout the year. Each month, you’ll receive complimentary tickets for the event you’re sponsoring—perfect for inviting guests, clients, or employees to join the experience. Ticket quantities are based on your selected sponsorship level and are issued monthly for the corresponding event.

Platinum Plus Program

The Platinum Plus Program is our highest commitment tier. By joining, you pledge to sponsor every Majestic Legacy event for a full calendar year at your chosen sponsorship level. Each event comes with a fresh set of complimentary tickets, valid for any ticketed event throughout the year. Ticket counts are per event and based on your Platinum Plus sponsorship level, giving you ongoing opportunities for recognition and engagement across all our programs.

Official Rules – Ticket Program & Drawings

1. Ticket Distribution & Use

  • Sponsors receive a set number of digital tickets with their sponsorship package.
  • Sponsors may distribute or sell tickets at any price below the official event door price.
  • All distributed tickets are eligible for VIP upgrades at the door (upgrade fee applies).

2. Ticket Submission & Entry

  • Guests must submit their digital ticket via at the event at event check-in.
  • Each submitted ticket is automatically entered into event drawings.

3. Drawings

  • First Drawing: Mid-event, based on digital RSVPs (tickets submitted before the event). Winners must be present or reachable.
  • Second Drawing: End of event, based on actual attendees (those checked in/using digital tickets).
  • Final Drawing: Only guests who attended via the sponsor with the most attendees are eligible. One guest is selected from this group.

4. Prizes

  • Prizes will be announced and distributed live at the event or via email if the winner is not present.
  • Each ticket can only win once; duplicate entries are not allowed.

5. VIP Upgrades

  • Any ticket holder may upgrade to VIP status at the door, subject to availability and upgrade fee.

6. Sponsor Guidelines

  • Sponsors may not guarantee anything beyond event entry with distributed tickets.
  • Sponsors are encouraged to promote and sell tickets creatively and ethically.

Tickets are distributed by our event sponsors. Through our online Portal or at the entrance to the event. 

Submit your digital ticket at the entrance to the event. 

 There are three guest drawings—one mid-event (RSVPs), one at the end (attendees), and a final drawing for guests of the sponsor with the most attendees. 

VIP upgrades are available at the door for an additional fee, subject to availability. Upgrade for premium perks and experiences! 

 Winners will be announced at the event and contacted via email if not present.
