**Important Notice:**
Please be aware that we do not accept requests for aid or assistance through our online portal. Our program is not intended for short-term assistance and operates on a referral basis due to limited resources.
At Majestic Legacy, our mission is to improve the lives of those in need by providing essential services and support to our communities. While we do offer support for basic necessities our focus is on completely eliminating problem areas from our beneficiaries lives. Because this requires larger amounts of our resource
By partnering with different entities on a local level we will have access to information about many different case studies and individuals. An application will be provided to possible beneficiaries before the upcoming cycle. In some emergencies a cycle may be accelerated in order to prioritize safety over bureacracy. These cases are discretionary and will often be the result of a referral or recommedation.0
An informal interview will take place within 24 hours of recieved applications. The interview will ask qualifying questions and answer any questions about our program.
If it is determined that the candidate is a match for our program in most cases depending on time of day the program will begin immediately following acceptance.
A counseling session will be the final step before committing and signing the agreement that begins the program. (Note the decision to not move forward at this time will result in automatic recycling till the next cycle.) The counseling session will articulate and collaboratively create a certification time table based on circumstances, severity, finances, lifestyle, familial status, and end goal. Most programs will have a time frame of 1 year or less however some programs may require longer time.
Commitment to the program is a critical step to the success of our program. The commitment will require a signature by the participant (by the guardian and participant in the case of a minor). The agreement will agree to the schedule and time table discussed and presented from the results of the counseling session. The commitment will also include a commitment to terms to carry on after completion of the program. Failure to complete the program for any reason other than what is established as acceptable excuses attached to the agreement cause will result in forfeit of any benefits, removal from the program, and possible permanent ban from any aid from any extension of Majestic Legacy Inc.
The program begins. The program will last as long as it needs to last within acceptable parameters without any delays that are a result of negligence on behalf of the applicant. Successful completion of the program will be after all milestones are met.
